Chrome Platers, Hard Chrome Repairs and Engineering Services
Our core services are hard chroming and maintenance of hydraulic, sawmill equipment and roll forming machine parts e.g. hydraulic rams, planes bed plates, fences and motor cycle fork staunchions. Our team of specialist engineers are experienced in working accurately to specification. We have five plating tanks handling jobs up to 4.5 meters in length. Our automated plant means we are able to apply hard chrome 24 hours a day over a 7 day period helping customers minimize their downtime.
Additional to hard chroming we also offer supporting and general engineering services. Our modern engineering workshop is equipped to handle most general machining. Lathe work. We have precision grinding facilities handling all flat bed and cylindrical grinding. Grinding bed plates from planers, hydraulic components and sawmill machinery. Our Parkerizing plant can handle all hydraulic machinery components, pumps etc.
